We will refer to the user of the Chi&Bee Website as “you”.

By using the Site, even if you are browsing and not registered, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and will abide by them, so please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions, as with all our other policies relating to ordering on Chi&B, are subject to Egyptian law.

Chi & P (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) is happy to hear from all of our users (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and answer questions, inquiries, or complaints that have not already been answered in this document. Just contact our customer service team.

By using Chi&B whether you are a registered user or not, you agree to the following:

  • We are not liable, to the fullest extent legal, for any losses resulting from:

  • Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data.
    The content, data or conduct of third-party individuals (including registered Chi&B users), organizations, whether or not they operate on Chi&B, do not.

Chi&B Terms and Conditions:

  • Once the product has been delivered by us and accepted by you, we will have no responsibility or liability.
  • We may terminate your registration with Chi&Be without giving you a reason. This will only be due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or a prolonged period of inactivity. We will not be liable for the consequences of terminating your account.
  • All Chi&Be users agree not to use Chi&Be for their commercial purposes unless they have written permission from us to do so.
  • You may not reproduce any text, images, software, graphics, audio, page layouts or designs, including trademarks, service marks and patents appearing on Chi&B unless you have our written permission to do so.
  • You will not sell or charge any service fees for access to Chi&B to anyone else.
  • Chi & P reserves the right to withdraw any service, facility or range of products that we currently offer to our customers or that we will offer in the future. We also reserve the right to change the prices of any goods or services.
  • Chi&B reserves the right to run advertisements and promote any product or service and to permit any individual or organization to promote any product or service on Chi&B, provided that they have our written permission.
  • We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or availability of any third party sites to which we provide links.
  • Users may not register to make purchases on Chi&B, but by completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older or that you are using this site with the permission of your legal guardian.
  • It is the users' responsibility to notify us if they become aware that anyone is using your account name and password without your permission. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account name and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password.

  • We will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of the countries subject to OFAC sanctions under Egyptian law.
  • Refunds must only be made through the original payment method.
  • All credit/debit cards, details and personally identifiable information may not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third party.
  • If you are a customer with a credit/debit card, the exchange rate applied on the day the card provider processes the transaction will determine the final price.
