I bought that brush in November 2022 then in October 2023 it stopped working and I was not sure if that was because of a misuse but I contacted the customer service anyway since it was still within the warranty period which is one year (it had 2 weeks to be out of the warranty when it stopped working) the people there were really helpful and responsive and sent me another one once it got available because it was out of stock when I contacted them and that was really unexpected at all so thank you so so so much cherry and berry and now I have a list of your products planning to buy all of them
